How it works

Complete all required fields — company details, trade license, owner information, and contact.

Click Generate QR Code. The system creates a digitally signed, compressed code from your data.

Print & submit

Print the QR code page and hand it in at the facility together with your original documents.

VMS scans & registers

The VMS operator scans the code to auto-fill the registration form — no manual re-entry needed.

Company Registration

Generate a QR code containing your company's trade license, owner details, and contact information.

  • Company name, type & category
  • Trade license number, emirate & authority
  • Owner Emirates ID, passport & visa details
  • Banking & TRN information (optional)
  • Contact email & phone

Employee Registration

Generate a QR code for each employee who will be visiting the facility under your company's registration.

  • Employee full name & nationality
  • Emirates ID & passport details
  • Job title & department
  • Company reference code

Complete the Company Registration first to obtain your company code before registering employees.

Note: QR codes generated here are digitally signed. The VMS application will reject any code that has been altered or tampered with. If you need to correct information after printing, generate a new QR code.
